3 to Win a Free Book!

Hey Everyone!

I know its been ages, I miss blogging so much! The good news is there is only one more week of football–you will be ‘hearing’ from me non-stop again. :-)  I guess whether that is good news or not depends on your point of view.

:-)

Today is a big day everyone, one of my 3 cp’s, Donna has her first book being released today!

YAY!

Now just in case you all checked out Rain’s debuting novel a few weeks ago, (I hope you all did) I wanted to mention that all three of my cp’s have incredibly different voices and writing styles. A fact I love. It really fits well with my own wide range of interests and pushes me to write better. All three are able to draw me in mentally and emotionally but with far different methods. Where one uses sass, another uses charm and another drama. Fun, don’t you think?

:-)

DonnaHatch Donna writes Regency with a compelling voice to match the times. When we started working together I instantly fell in love with her characters to the point I found myself forgetting to comment as was my job. I’d have to go back and relook over things! And when she sent me her short story, Troubled Hearts(coming out soon) I gave up entirely trying to comment the first read through. And if you’ve been following me on my reviews for the Harlequin charity, you’ll know how rare it is that I like a short story, muchless love it.  And I loved her short story. I was actually nervous to even look at it when she asked–I didn’t envy the very real possibility of having to tell her I just couldn’t get into it. :-)

Now I have a secret to share–I’ve never read her debuting novel, The Stranger She Married! :-) Nope.  I’ve been with her for the second book of this series but not this first one(it was sold before we met). So I’ve been eagerly awaiting this book’s release! Oh and get this, the hero in this story shares my name! Well, my nickname–Cole. I can’t wait to read it. You just know with such an awesome name it is going to be good.

:-)

So here it is, the book you have three opportunities to win for free!

The Stranger She Married by Donna Hatch

The-Stranger-She-Married-bi When her parents and only brother die within weeks of each other, Alicia and her younger sister are left in the hands of an uncle who has brought them all to financial and social ruin. Desperate to save her family from debtor’s prison, Alicia vows to marry the first wealthy man to propose. She meets the dashing Lord Amesbury, and her heart whispers that this is the man she is destined to love, but his tainted past may forever stand in their way. Her choices in potential husbands narrow to either a scarred cripple with the heart of a poet, or a handsome rake with a deadly secret. Cole Amesbury is tormented by his own ghosts, and believes he is beyond redemption, yet he cannot deny his attraction for the girl whose genuine goodness touches the heart he’d thought long dead. He fears the scars in his soul cut so deeply that he may never be able to offer Alicia a love that is true. When yet another bizarre mishap threatens her life, Alicia suspects the seemingly unrelated accidents that have plagued her loved ones are actually a killer’s attempt to exterminate every member of her family. Despite the threat looming over her, learning to love the stranger she married may pose the greatest danger to her heart.
