Better Runs by Joe Henderson
In Better Runs, Joe Henderson shows why he is the runner’s writer. Drawing on 25 years of editorial work for Runner’s World, more than a dozen books, countless articles, and more than 700 races, Henderson shares what he and others have learned about running over the past quarter century. Better Runs is both an inspirational and instructional book that will boost your motivation, performance, and enjoyment as a runner. The book is filled with anecdotes and insights on training, racing, and much, much more.
FORMAT: Paperback
REVIEW: This was a great book for ‘learning’ a bit about running. Obviously I sought it out. Some thoughts on running have changed since I ran years ago and I’ve been ‘testing’ some of the theories out. :-) Everything I’ve ‘tried’ out has been accurate and its really helped me. I would highly recommend this book if you are interested in running. Even for someone not interested in racing(I’m not racing either, just running).
