Grilled Ham and Swiss Chesse Salad

Ingredients
4 slices (about 4 ounces) sliced ham
2 slices reduced fat or low-fat Swiss cheese (each slice divided in half)
2 cups prewashed mixed baby greens
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Lay ham slices topped with cheese and tomato on broiler pan of toaster oven. Toast until cheese melts. Fold ham over to enclose cheese and tomato, and let set. Meanwhile, divide salad greens between two plates and sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Cut ham and cheese into strips and serve on top or beside salad.
