Cottage Cheese & Cucumbers
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber (regular or seedless)
1/2 cup plain, low-fat or nonfat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon garam masala (an Indian spice blend) or other preferred seasoning
Instructions
Peel cucumber and cut into preferred shapes (slices, 1-inch cups, boats, etc.). Remove centers if desired. Sprinkle spices over cottage cheese. Enjoy.
