Messed up
Well, I did. Not intentionally but it still bites a big one. For lunch yesterday I ate left over chicken with mushrooms and tomatoes. That was fine. I’d made up jello in the morning, so I got a small bowl and decided I wanted some nuts too… so I counted out my 15 nuts, sat and ate and about the last bite had the oddest thought… was this sugar free?
Of course it was.
Wasn’t it?
Why wouldn’t it be? That’s all I buy anymore. Even the kids like it.
Yeah, but you did have some that weren’t left over.
Oh man…
*sigh* Yeah, I dug through the garbage to see cause I KNEW my mind wouldn’t let it go. And nope, it was NOT sugar free. *sigh* I’ve been sick ever since. Partly I’m sure because I knew I’d gone way over my carbs. and partly because of getting a sugar dump. Not fun. Don’t do it. Its’ one thing to reintroduce your body to sugar a little at a time, but dumping it on… you get sick feeling. Or I do anyhow.
